First, connext Slack from the ScaleQuota App
Click on the blue icon.
Scroll down, and click on "Connect Slack"
If it was successful, it will look like this:
The go to Slack, , and find "apps" in the left panel
Click on "Add apps".
Browse for "scalequota"
Click on "Install".
